2. Resolution supporting Mayor Strange disputing the Federal litigation brought against the City of Montgomery for AT&T’s use of a cell tower.  (Sponsored by Councillor Pruitt)

3. Ordinance consenting to the sale, lease, or other disposal of real properties owned by the Water Works and Sanitary Sewer Board.

4. Resolution approving substantial amendments to HUD Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program. 

5. Resolution declaring no further action needed regarding the business license of Donna Landis & Michael Hochhalter, a/k/a L&H LLC, d/b/a Michael’s Table, 2930 Zelda Road, Suite A.

6. Hearing on the proposed finalization of revocation of the business license and rescinding of ABC Liquor License of Mickey Phillips, d/b/a Mickey’s Sports Bar, 1114 Adams Avenue.
